As teachers of the Polish language in Australia, we have been asked by The Warsaw Family Alliance Institute of Higher Education to conduct a survey of young Poles, which will shed light on the broad issue of Polish Identity.
For this reason we would like to ask you to answer a few questions below. You can answer in either Polish or English. There are no specific requirements regarding the length of your responses. It is up to you how deeply you wish to respond to each question.

Connections with Poland / with Poles (please provide examples) 5. Achievements: - personal - professional - social 6. What effect has your Polish identity had on what you have achieved in life? 7. List the Polish values you have taken from your family home that you would like to preserve and pass on to your future family. Explain why.

We expect to receive your response before the end of July, 2014. There is a possibility for some responses or their extracts to be published in the book. However this will only happen after obtaining written agreement from the author of the selected response. We are requesting responses from young people, 25 - 40 years of age.
