Sydney based multi-instrumentalist and songwriter Adam Lean began the Uri Sex Pact as a continuation of past musical endeavors and has since evolved it into a dynamic live band playing a diverse mix of funky-pop, guitar driven music. Filip Boguszewicz joined Adam in early 2008, providing an accompanying role in the Inner West Duo.
AMELIA GNATEK
Amelia has been performing on stage since the age of three, accompanied by her guitar playing father, Zbyszek.
A talented vocalist she has delighted audiences at many Polish cultural events around Sydney.
Now at age six Amelia is also learning to play the piano.
This little talent will be a pleasure to watch.
BARBARA HENCLEWSKA
Singer and musician. For many years Barbara has collaborated with a number of well known musicians in the
Polish community, such as Janis Polkas, Mirek Bogusiewicz and Anrzej Henclewski. She was the lead singer of JBM Music and Basia Band. Barbara was also the founder and conductor of ‘Encore’ Choir with whom she recorded a number of Christmas songs for SBS Radio in 2005. She is also the musical director of a song and dance group
Pol-Hop. Barbara is well known and very active in the Polish community. As an artistic director, she successfully managed a number of charity concerts and Polish events such as Polish Christmas Darling Harbour 2003/2004/2009 and a Week of Polish Culture 2007 . Barbara is the driving force of many cultural events and represents the enormous talent of Polish artists in Australia.
