BEATA WALD - Pieczywek
Born in 1983 in Ostroda-Poland. Beata grew up in a small village Grunwald. A professional singer, who started career at 8 years of age by singing in a small church. Shortly after that episode she has won many nation-wide Polish Festivals like "Grand Prix" of Olsztyn Song Festival in 1998, "Grand Prix" of English Song Festival in Brzeg in 2001, got Finalist of Polish TV competition "Szansa na Sukces" in 2002, in 2003 awarded as a Personality of the decade of "Szansa na Sukces", Finalist of the "Krzysztof Klenczon's Song Festival" in Szczytno.
In 2005 Beata graduated from Academy of Humanities in Pultusk as a bachelor of Media. During many successful years in Poland she produced and recorded many Polish and English songs. From 2003 till 2006 she cooperated with Representative Polish Army Orchestra in Warsaw as a singer. In 2005 Beata migrated to Republic of Ireland, where she was continuing her singing career. At the moment she is a student in Australia, and also in the middle of recording her new songs written and composed by her great friend Jeni Wallwork from Tasmania.
ALEX AGACIAK Alex is 14 years old. He has been playing the trumpet for 5 years, other instruments include the Saxophone, Clarinet, Piano, and Guitar.
He is in the Blacktown City Community Band, and the Western Sydney State Schools Band with which he has performed at the Sydney Opera House for the last three years. Alex along with the Blacktown City Community Band will be touring the United States later this year.
Today Alex will be accompanied by his friend Zach Roy who plays the trombone.
ALICJA POLAK Alicja started singing in 2003 when she was 10 years old. She performs at most polish events in Sydney. She has had the opportunity to perform in Canberra, Melbourne, Jindabyne and Adelaide. She is well known in the Sydney polish community for her solo singing. Alicja is in the singing and dancing group Pol-Hop in which she sings solo or in a choir. She likes singing different kinds of music, from folklore to contemporary with slow or more of an up beat tempo. Alicia loves performing live on stage and hopes she will do that long into the future.
