| Shit Happens, a short play by Lech Mackiewicz is having its premiere on Wednesday 20th January as part of Short & Sweet Festival. Shit Happens is Tomasz Pelik’s debut as a director after winning the Best Independent Theatre Award at the 2009 Short and Sweet Festival with the play Chocolate Face which was based on his story, and in which he performed and co-produced.
Tom’s acting credits include, among others, ‘Joanne Lees Murder in the Outback’, All Saints and "Home and Away". Tom is currently developing a feature film and is working with Matt Driller on the development of a TV comedy series based on their experiences.
‘Shit Happens’ is Matt Driller’s first "Short and Sweet" production. Matt met Tom Pelik during the production of the short film, ‘Pictures of Anna’. The two worked together again on a feature film ‘Line in the Sand’.
