| As far as we know, this is the first-ever visit to Australia, of a real Goralski Zespol from Poland. Polski Zespol Regionalny "Pilsko" is coming with an entourage of around 40 people, including 30 dancers, a folk kapela (band) and their Director and Choreographer. The Ensemble is currently a very strong young Ensemble. It has existed since 1953, with some periods of discontinuity, but in recent years has won many Festival Prizes and Awards both in Poland and internationally.

Tickets will be very cheap at $15, and the Ensemble will be selling its CDs and raffling off some superb traditionally woven Polish kilims (tapestries) to help fund its Aussie tour. A schedule of Pilsko's concerts is attached. The Ensemble hopes to capture the hearts of the Australian Polonia , so why not bring the kids, your friends, parents, aunts and uncles for a special Goralski treat.
Pilsko is being assisted by Ensemble "Lajkonik" in Sydney, "Tatry" in Adelaide, and "Lowicz" in Melbourne.
