The Strzelecki Hiking Club
provides wilderness adventure and recreation through many outdoor sports
in a relaxed setting for everyone.
Our goal and objective is to bring together both Polish and Australian people
for exploration of the Strzelecki's
Track in Snowy Mountains in Australia.
From Geehi Valley across Swampy Plain River, over Hannels Spur via Mt Townsend
to
Mt Kosciuszko and back to Charlotte Pass (approx. distance:30km).
In 2009 for the first time in history - winter expedition to Mount Kosciuszko
via Strzelecki’s track was successful.
6-days trip was made by Oscar
Kantor, Mariusz Szlapak and Stefan Lewandowski.

Strzelecki Hiking Club is Sydney based bushwalking club for people who have
a spirit of
adventure and a reasonable level of physical fitness and agility.
Anyone who is over 18 years old and who has the necessary fitness and agility
to take part
in the Club’s activity program is welcome to join the Club.
The annual subscription for Strzelecki Hiking Club is free.
