Wieczorkowski is looking for eager, dynamic and experienced people to join our growing team. We require the following:

 Head Chef who has experience in both traditional and modern Polish cuisine as well as contemporary Australian cuisine.
 Sous Chef (second-in-charge) for preparing but also assisting the main chef.
 Kitchen hand – duties including washing dishes, maintaining the cleanliness of the café, assisting the kitchen staff.
 Wait staff
 Sales assistants
 Baristas
