* Ryszard Borysiewicz (President) with responsibility for the overall business strategy and direction of the Club. In addition will act as Chairman of all meetings and will task Directors and hold them responsible for key deliverables.

* Dr Ryszard Adams-Dzierzba (Senior Vice-President) with responsibility for liaison with key local stakeholders such as Ashfield Council, Local/State/Federal politicians, local community organisations in Ashfield; Directors and Volunteers Duty roster; Management of internal disciplinary procedures; Anzac Centenary celebrations in 2014; Anzac Day in the Club and will step in as Chairman should the President be unavailable.

* Maciej Jarysz (Junior Vice-President); with responsibility for Marketing and Events together together with the Club Secretary.

* Eleonora Paton (Secretary); with overall responsibility for Communications and Brand.

* Mateusz Konopka (Treasurer) with responsibility for the Clubs financial affairs and reporting

* Peter Wieczorkowski (Deputy Treasurer) with responsibility for office systems; internal processes; business policies/procedures and liason with key financial stakeholders.

* Stanislaw Zak (Food and Beverage Director) with responsibility for Bar; Food/Catering; Poker Machines and the planned cafe/bar project

* Zbyszek Slomowski ( Facilities Director) with responsibility for maintenance/repairs; car parks and all tenants.

* Jan Kalbarczyk (Special Events Director) with responsibility for Club BBQ; key Community Events in the Club; Polish Christmas; New Years Eve Ball and liaison with key Polish Organisations as required

* Hania Geras (Minutes Secretary) was appointed by the Board into a non-executive role to manage all meeting minutes as well as the Member database.
