This unusual three-course dinner event explores Chopin as a gourmet, featuring some of his favourite dishes while listening to his sublime music performed by Andrew Rumsey. Learn about the tastes of this famous composer not known for being a gourmet.
Come dressed as Chopin or his lover the woman novelist George Sand and be eligible for some spectacular prizes. There will be similar prizes for the Best Contemporary Dress for a Lady and a Gentleman. There will be other surprises …
Maciej Pawela, Artistic Director of the Competition will provide an update on the 2nd Australian International Chopin Piano Competition, 15-21 September 2014, ANU School of Music, for which this a fundraising event.
