| Polish Folkloric groups have been performing at Aged Care/Nursing Homes for as long as I can remember.
I recall the first Marayong nursing home performances that I attended were by Lajkonik in 1991 and one of the photos from these performances is attached. Another photo is from a performance by Lajkonik in 2008 at a Nursing home in the Bankstown area. This year all the Polish Folkloric groups have performed at aged Care/Nursing homes.
My wife attended the performance last Sunday Holy Family Nursing Home in Marayong of the Podhale junior group and she took some photos. As you can see the seniors and the performers enjoy these occasions.
I congratulate all the groups who perform at Aged Care/Nursing homes. I also congratulate the people who organise these events.
