Music of the 1940s. Al Goodman and His Orchestra. Archival recordings "RCA Victor" from famous Broadway musical "Polonaise" about Thaddeus Kosciuszko's times in Poland and in America. The original production on Broadway featured JAN KIEPURA as Kosciuszko, and Marta Eggerth as his sweetheart Marisha. On Goodman's record we hear voices of Earl Wrightson, Rose Inghram and Mary Martha Briney. Goodman hailed from Ukraine (born 1890).
