What is it?

It's a Polish thing, with Polish food,
with Polish drink and Polish dancing,
pretty much all things Polish.

At the heart of Polish romantic tradition are customs that celebrate life with delectable food, festive music and a renowned hospitality amongst family and friends. In 2005, the Polish Community Council of Victoria wants to share this tradition with the people of Melbourne at the inaugural Polish Festival.
