| Dear Friends. I would like to pass on the sad news that my Mama, Regina Konkołowicz passed away on Sunday, aged 102 and 10 months. Most of you will already know this, but I wanted to let you know about the funeral arrangements which are: 2pm this Thursday 25 January 2018, Requiem Mass
Mary Mother of Mercy Crematorium Barnet Ave Rookwood.
Although the chapel is described as a crematorium, it's a regular chapel too.
Following the mass, we will drive or walk to the burial site, which is Polish B-92.
There will be many people going together so you wont get lost! There Regina will be laid to rest with her sister, Natalia Suchorska.
After that, you are warmly invited for afternoon tea at the lounge adjoining the chapel.
If you would like to bring flowers then of course do so, however, or you may like to make a contribution to a charity of your own choice or to the Fred Hollows Foundation.
