Ownership The Club will retain full ownership of the Club’s land and facilities, including the air space.

Income There will be an ongoing Income stream for the Club through the hotel (leased to a commercial operator). The Club and hotel businesses will mutually benefit from guests and patrons.
Facilities Flexible design to accommodate the Club’s needs over time.
