| I love potato baba because I may parents come from Kresy, from Brasławszczyzna. I remember visiting my Mum's sister in Brasław in mid 1960-ties as I was treated mainly by freshly picked mushrooms and also this fantastic Potato Baba straight from the oven.
Now I have found a recipee for the Baba in a newly published e-book A Polish Table, which was awarded by the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
