Dear Friends, the Sydney Consort would like to invite you to the Henry Lawson and His Mates performance.
The 140th year anniversary of Lawson's birth is celebrated with works by Banjo Patterson and D.J. Dennis - entwined with music of the 18th and 20th century. The Sydney Consort ensemble with distinguished actor, Phillip Hinton, will combine poetry of three major Australian poets with music of Dietrich Buxtehude, Georg Philipp Telemann, Alan Holley and Elena Kats Chernin.
