Fruitful day for Aussie crews in Poland
ABC Grandstand Sport
Three Australian crews qualified for the finals of the world rowing championships in Poznan, Poland on Thursday.

The men's four of Francis Hegerty, Cameron McKenzie-McHarg, James Marburg and Matt Ryan signalled their intentions with victory in their semi-final, winning in a time of 6 minutes and 0.94 seconds to finish ahead of the crews from Belarus and the Czech Republic.

Sarah Cook and Kim Crow, contesting the women's pair event, claimed second place behind the United States in their semi-final via a time of 7:21.82.
