"Pilsko" concert in Adelaide
have a look at the photographs
After reading the articles in Puls, on Saturday October 30th, I was lucky enough to attend the "Pilsko" concert at the Parks Community Centre in Adelaide. It was nothing short of energetic, vibrant, colourful and thoroughly enjoyable. Pilsko performed on stage for around 3 hours, however, the audience would not let them leave the stage, so the group performed an encore for another 20 to 30 minutes. Whilst performing their final number, two young girls from the audience dressed in 'Goralskie' costumes, wandered onto the stage, took the elder girls by the hand whilst they sang "Barka". This was totally spontaneous and had everyone teary.

After the performance, the group were invited back to the 'Dom Kopernik' for an Aussie bar-b-que, where they continued to sing, dance and entertain for another 2 or so hours. I don't know where they get their energy from? I understand that there are another two concerts in Melbourne this weekend, and if you haven't seen them perform, then I strongly recommend you try and get to one of these performances (if not both).
